Position summary

This role involves managing relationships between J.P. Morgan and clients. You will work with various functional areas locally and globally to ensure efficient service delivery. You will have a high degree of autonomy in managing your client base, exercising judgment on issue escalation to Relationship Managers, your client service team, and operations managers.

Job responsibilities
  • Establish and conduct service reviews with delivery partners, incorporating service metrics and client reporting.
  • Follow up on service delivery issues identified during reviews.
  • Create and maintain "Paths to Green" for service functions below client expectations.
  • Facilitate communication across internal teams to support consistent service delivery.
  • Build rapport with clients for joint planning of initiatives.
  • Lead service delivery initiatives.
  • Gain familiarity with J.P. Morgan products, focusing on superannuation funds.
  • Understand client interactions and impact on product groups to facilitate problem resolution.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in product areas, staying informed about industry and internal changes.
  • Manage internal virtual service teams involved in client service activities.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in financial services.
  • Relevant qualifications or industry-recognized training (CPA, ACCA, SIA, AFSA).
  • Experience and interest in global financial markets and complex superannuation funds.
  • Knowledge of investment administration products and services.
  • Proven ability to build and leverage client relationships.
  • Adaptability to change and support for business transformation.
  • Leadership and influencing skills.
