G.James Glass and Aluminium is Australia\'s leading integrated glass, aluminium window and door manufacturer and contractor. Our privately owned, family company employs 2000 people with operations throughout Australia. Our Windows & Doors branch specialises in the sales, fabrication, and installation of aluminium windows and doors for residential and commercial construction markets. We are currently seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and highly organised Sales Representative to deliver exceptional customer service to both new and existing clients within Adelaide and the surrounding regions.

Role: Drive sales and develop strong customer relationships by aligning our windows and doors solutions to client needs, growing market share and profitability.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve key KPIs aligned with the annual windows and doors sales budget
  • Strengthen brand presence in the residential windows and doors market
  • Collaborate with Branch Managers and Sales teams to support sales targets
  • Deliver timely weekly and monthly sales reports to management
  • Provide professional, responsive service to meet project requirements and uphold the G. James brand
  • Foster positive, professional relationships with customers and internal teams
About You
  • Proficient in business systems including MS Office, with experience in Oracle and V6 quoting (preferred); able to generate and analyse reports to support functional requirements
  • Communicates clearly and respectfully, tailoring messages to audiences and resolving conflict constructively
  • Delivers high-quality, customer-focused service and actively follows up on feedback to drive improvements
  • Collaborates effectively across teams, leveraging strengths, resolving issues, and mentoring others to meet business goals
  • Demonstrates strong organisational awareness, maintains professional standards, and supports a positive team culture
