Founded during the chaos of 2020, Really Good People stepped up when the hospitality scene was forced to take a breather. We created a new kind of distribution business, championing products from local legends and some stand-out imported goods. We quickly gained the reputation of being the distributor with "all the cool stuff".

Our mission remains clear; we have a carefully curated portfolio of products, and our goal is to bring them to the shelves of the best specialty & independent retail stores.

Why are we here?

We are growing quickly and looking for a really good sales rep to join us on the journey

The role will include;

  • Placing daily orders in stores
  • Increasing the distribution of the RGP range with focus on core products.
  • Merchandising products in stores
  • Confidently communication with store contacts
  • Daily meetings/check-ins with your manager

What are we looking for?

  • At least 2 years experience working a similar role
  • A network in grocery and independent retail.
  • Confidence working with sales targets.
  • Ability to influence and drive outcomes.
  • Positive, energetic attitude - happy to get stuck in and work autonomously.
  • Understanding of customer solution based selling.
  • A hunter - passionate and results-driven.

This is a field based role (you need an Australian drivers licence) and results will be incentivised with a commission structure.
