We're currently seeking a dynamic and experienced State Manager to lead and develop our Western Australia operations from our Kewdale branch. This is a senior leadership role where you'll drive culture and strategic growth, foster strong customer relationships, and oversee all operational aspects of the business.

About the Role

As State Manager, you'll be the senior representative for Mabey Hire in WA, responsible for leading and developing a small yet high-performing team and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients. You'll play a key role in shaping the future of our WA operations through strategic planning, safety leadership, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage & develop civil construction hire operations across WA
  • Represent Mabey Hire as the senior leader in the region
  • Champion health and safety initiatives and uphold our zero-harm commitment
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for sustainable growth
  • Prepare and present reports on performance and key deliverables
