About The Role

Our health and human service is rapidly growing, and we are seeking candidates at Director level (equivalent to Manager Big 4 grade) with 5-7 years of professional experience in Digital Health and Digital Transformation.

As a key member of our team, you'll be at the forefront of innovative projects that are transforming the health and human services sector. You will collaborate with top industry experts to deliver impactful solutions that improve lives and shape the future of healthcare. From day one, you'll have the opportunity to influence change, tackle complex challenges, and directly contribute to projects that are making a real difference. This could include:
•Lead and support the development of digital and technology strategies for system managers and health services/providers.
•Defining and implementing future state operating models for business units and functions to better align with strategic goals, improve efficiency and enhance service delivery.
•Conducting options analysis', detailed business case development and funding submissions for local, state and federal departments and providers.
•Managing and implementing technology enabled transformational change that improves the day to day lives of providers and patients.
•Supporting business development activities which directly impact our growth and reputation in the health sector.
•Taking on responsibilities ranging from preparing high-impact presentations and reports to conducting detailed quantitative analysis for our clients and stakeholders.
•Working on client site to execute project and change management initiatives. You'll lead and support workshops, deliver training sessions, and ensure that all projects are completed on time, within scope, and with measurable outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience
5-7 years of relevant experience. You may have worked in a consulting or professional services firm, or you may be looking for a change from a health industry role.
•A Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent Industry experience
•Project Management certification e.g. Prince2, MSP, PMBoK, Agile (desirable not mandatory)
•Experience in leading and delivering digital transformations at a portfolio, program or project level, with knowledge and experience in traditional or agile Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and end to end project delivery.
•Confidence and experience in leading and working within large and multi-disciplinary teams.
•An understanding of digital technologies, applications and industry best practices within health and human services.
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) , with an ability to apply structured thinking and dynamic approaches to problem-solving.
•Experience in providing strategic advice and guidance to senior executives and sponsors.
•Willingness to travel within the country (where practical and possible).
•Flexibility to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, multi-task environment with a strong attention to detail.
•Ability to interface with team members and client personnel in demanding, deadline-driven situations.
•An ability to produce concise and impactful presentations and reports.
•Analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data.
•Project management skills and flexibility with respect to assigned tasks and engagements are required due to changing deliverables and evolving task priorities.
•Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
•Experience with data analytics and visualisation software (i.e., Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau) favoured but not essential.
•Strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and motivation to succeed.
