Your Role – Senior HSEQ Consultant
As a trusted advisor, you'll work hands-on with clients to address complex WHS issues and deliver fit-for-purpose safety solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
Strategic Advisory – Identify risks, offer actionable guidance and shape long-term WHS strategies.
Systems & Compliance – Develop and refine WHS management systems, policies and procedures.
Audits & Investigations – Lead site inspections, incident reviews and risk assessments.
Stakeholder Engagement – Liaise with senior leaders, legal counsel and regulators.
Training Delivery – Run workshops and training to build strong safety culture from the ground up.
What You Bring
Demonstrated experience in HSEQ consulting or a similar advisory capacity
Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
Technical strength across hazard management, audits, investigations and compliance
Confident report writing and sound IT capability
Tertiary qualifications in WHS, Risk, or related field
Bonus: Certified WHS auditor or training experience
