Job Description
- Efficiently respond to customer enquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Coordinate and manage customer feedback
- Collaborate with various departments to resolve customer issues
- Maintain an updated knowledge of company policies and procedures
- Prepare detailed reports on customer interactions for management review
- Provide support to the Secretarial & Business Support department as required
- Attend team meetings and contribute to strategy discussions
- Ensure all responsibilities are carried out in accordance with the public sector's standards and regulations
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Relations Officer should have:
- Relevant educational qualifications
- Prior experience in a customer relations role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
