Job Description

This role is a combination of practice administration and client relations, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with therapy staff. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, assisting therapists with client relationships, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with key stakeholders, client queries, and intake processes
  • Work closely with therapy staff to ensure optimal service delivery and management of administrative tasks
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience in administration (desirable)
  • Working with Children Check (WWCC or Blue Card)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination (or valid exemption)
  • Police Check & International Police Check (only applicable to individuals who have lived overseas)
  • High IT literacy with experience in Microsoft Office 365
