About the Role

We're seeking a Head of Finance – Wagering, Gaming & Capital to join our Commercial Finance leadership team. Reporting to the GM Commercial Finance, you'll lead a high-performing team and work closely with our Chief Wagering Officer, Chief Commercial & Media Officer, and Chief Operating Officer. This role has end-to-end ownership of the P&L for Wagering & Gaming, as well as leadership of the Group's $130m+ capital budgeting process.

This is a pivotal role where you will:

• Own the full P&L lifecycle for Wagering & Gaming – budget, forecast, month-end and performance analysis
• Lead strategic finance initiatives across $900m revenue and $130m+ capex portfolio
• Influence senior leaders on investment decisions, retail models, and industry arrangements
• Manage executive reporting, business reviews and audit requirements
• Lead and develop a 7-person team, including offshore support

About You

You're a commercially savvy and confident finance leader who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments. You bring a mix of sharp commercial acumen, strong stakeholder engagement, and team leadership capability. You're ready to make a strategic impact in a business undergoing transformation.

You'll also bring:

• Strong experience in commercial finance with P&L ownership and senior stakeholder influence
• Proven leadership experience across onshore and offshore teams
• Strong capital management credentials and analytical capability
• Wagering or gaming sector knowledge desirable
• High-level communication and strategic thinking
