2 XU is seeking an experienced Head of Finance to oversee financial governance, operations, and reporting across our business.
Working closely with the CFO, COO and CEO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's financial health and strategic direction.
How you will make a difference: Drive Financial Strategy & Business Planning Lead the development of long-term financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to support sustainable growth.
Provide the executive team with strategic insights and scenario modelling to enable data-driven decisions.
Oversee Reporting & Compliance Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial reporting across the business.
Manage tax, audit, and regulatory requirements, maintaining robust internal controls and governance standards.
Manage Cash Flow & Working Capital Oversee liquidity and working capital to ensure operational stability.
Implement forecasting tools and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain real-time visibility of cash positions.
Lead Financial Operations & Systems Drive efficiency and scalability in financial processes and systems.
Champion technology adoption and ERP improvements to enhance reporting and data integrity.
Build & Develop a High-Performing Team Lead, mentor, and empower the finance team to deliver excellence.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and results to support both team and business growth.
Partner with the Business for Commercial Impact Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing actionable financial insights to support strategic and operational decision-making across all departments.
Mitigate Risk & Strengthen Controls Implement strong internal controls and risk management frameworks to safeguard business assets.
Proactively identify potential risks and deliver sustainable solutions.
What you'll bring: CPA or CA qualified, with a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
10+ years' experience in finance, including 5+ in senior leadership roles.
Expertise in strategic financial planning, reporting, and business partnering.
Strong digital and analytical capability, with ERP or systems experience.
Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and influence executive decision-making.
