Primary Objective: Provide quality property and tenancy management service to clinical staff employed by Northern Territory Health Big Rivers Region in the Katherine community. This includes managing and supervising a small team to facilitate incoming and outgoing staff, vacate and regular inspections and maintenance requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Provide quality property and tenancy management services to clinical staff in the Big Rivers Region.
  • Lead and supervise a small team to facilitate incoming and outgoing staff, and manage vacates and regular inspections.
  • Coordinate and oversee maintenance requirements for properties and accommodation facilities.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Experience level: Administrative Officer 5
  • Relevant experience in property, tenancy, and facilities management is implied by the Primary Objective.
