Overview

We're on the lookout for a seasoned Store Manager to lead a young, high-performing store. You'll ignite performance, safety, and KPIs while keeping energy and motivation high. This role offers a truly flexible roster and a competitive package designed to reflect your impact.

Responsibilities
  • Maximise sales and drive performance through effective leadership and customer service excellence.
  • Ensure seamless store operations, safety, stock control, and visual merchandising.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team; foster a positive, engaging environment.
  • Manage basic financial reporting and store security; contribute to loss prevention.
  • Collaborate on floor presence, stock availability, and KPI achievement to deliver results.
Qualifications
  • Retail management experience with a track record of leading by example.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team; strong coaching and communication skills.
  • Experience in training, floor sales, and achieving measurable results.
  • Strong skills in health and safety, stock control, visual merchandising, and basic financial reporting.
  • Outdoor clothing or equipment experience is not essential; a passion for the outdoors or travel is preferable.
