About The Role

Diamond C&M Pty Ltd is on the lookout for skilled multi-trade professionals to join our growing full-time team in Wollongong. We're seeking experienced Handymen, Plumbers and Carpenters who are passionate about delivering high-quality maintenance and repair services across residential and commercial properties in Wollongong and surrounding suburbs.

• Perform a variety of trade tasks based on your expertise, such as tiling, cabinetry, roofing, fencing, and general handyman work.
• Respond to service requests promptly and provide practical, effective solutions.
• Maintain detailed records of completed jobs and materials used.
• Ensure excellent customer service and professional presentation at all times.
• Work independently or collaboratively to deliver reliable, top-quality results.

• Minimum 2 years' experience in one or more of the trades.
• Strong technical skills and a solid problem-solving mindset.
• Knowledge of tools, materials, and safe work practices in your trade.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision or as part of a team.
• A valid Australian driver's licence.
• Relevant trade qualifications or licenses (highly desirable).
• White Card (construction induction card).
• Must have your own basic tools.
