Typical day in the shop

During your 4-hour shift (or more if you wish), you might:

  • Welcome and engage with customers.
  • Process transactions via point of sale, including cash and eftpos payments.
  • Sort and price donations.
  • Create vibrant displays to attract shoppers.
  • Maintain shop cleanliness and order.
  • Follow all shop procedures.
Skills needed
  • Friendly and positive attitude.
  • Sociable and engaging with others.
  • Team player.
  • Flexible and willing to undertake various shop tasks.
  • Commitment to your nominated shift.
