Do you meet these minimum requirements?

  • Live in or near Bonny Hills/Laurieton NSW including surrounding suburbs North Haven, Dunbogan, Camden Head, West Haven, Lighthouse Beach, Crestwood, Sherwood, Lake Innes, Emerald Downs, Dahlsford & Lake Cathie
  • Hold a current Australian Drivers' Licence with your own car (sorry, we cannot accept International licences or shared/rental vehicles)
  • Have 3+ months industry experience in a paid Aged Care setting
  • Available to work a minimum of 6 hours a day between 7am to 7pm, Monday to Friday (1 Weekend a month is required)
  • Commitment to our paid 2-week Brilliant @ Basics Training when you start (Get ready to learn, grow & be supported) Travel is required for training.
  • Know this is NOT a vacancy for Disability or to work in a facility/nursing home

What this role offers:

  • Permanent Part-Time Contracts
  • Permanent Contract hours:
    • Experienced Carers - 20-40 hours per fortnight + flex up hours.
  • Hourly Rate: $31.74 - $33.00 per hour + 11.5% super + $0.92/km allowance + paid travel time

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Provide domestic assistance, such as cleaning, vacuuming, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Provide personal care services including showering, toileting, assistance with medications, as well as domestic duties & social supports such as assisting with transportation for clients.
  • Most importantly: be a friendly face & brighten someone's day

As a valued team member, you'll provide compassionate care and support to clients in their homes. Domestic assistance will form a significant part of your role – this applies to both our entry-level and experienced carers. From helping with household tasks to offering personal support, you'll make a real difference in people's lives every day.
