About The Role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented professional to join our Field Operations team as a Card Distribution Lead. This role is responsible for managing the distribution and inventory of Myki cards, ensuring alignment with client-defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The successful candidate will demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement capabilities, analytical acumen, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement card distribution strategies that meet or exceed client KPIs, including delivery timelines
  • Monitor Myki card inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability
  • Analyse distribution data to forecast demand and inform inventory decisions
  • Establish and maintain reporting mechanisms to communicate performance metrics
  • Coordinate artwork changes in collaboration with the government
  • Manage supplier relationships and contractual obligations
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of distribution processes and procedures

Qualifications And Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, contract administration, or project management
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Prior experience in transport ticketing is advantageous but not essential
