We're on the hunt for a driven and dynamic leader to take the reins as our Health Club & Member Experience (Customer Success) Manager—a unique role that blends operational leadership with people-first customer care.

About the Role

In this dual role & reporting to the Facility Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our health club, while also leading our customer success strategy to ensure every member feels supported, seen and motivated. You'll be responsible for team leadership, member engagement, club performance, and the end-to-end member experience—from their first visit to their lasting results.

What You'll Do

Lead and inspire the customer success and health club teams, creating a culture of performance, positivity and accountability.

Manage daily department operations, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency.

Champion the member journey, identifying ways to improve onboarding, retention, and overall satisfaction.

Collaborate with site support teams (marketing, operations, health club) to implement initiatives that drive customer growth and engagement.

Use data and insights to improve processes, resolve issues and deliver a consistently excellent member experience.

Coach and develop staff to deliver exceptional service, build strong relationships, and exceed member expectations.

What You'll Bring

Experience in a leadership role within a health club, hospitality, customer success or similar service-oriented environment.

Strong people management and customer engagement skills.

Operational know-how and a knack for spotting and solving problems.

Great communication, adaptability, and a hands-on, solutions-first attitude.
