**About the Role**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Partners in Health Manager to lead the development and delivery of high-quality Allied Health services across Moonee Valley. This brand-new role will be instrumental in building and expanding the Partners in Health Program, driving positive outcomes for clients, and establishing strong partnerships with key stakeholders.

As the Partners in Health Manager, you will:

- Lead a team of health professionals and drive a culture of excellence.
- Develop and manage innovative health programs that support physical, psychological, and social well-being.
- Build and strengthen relationships with healthcare providers, insurers, and community organizations.
- Oversee the financial and operational performance of the Partners in Health Clinic and services.
- Represent the organization at industry forums, conferences, and stakeholder meetings.
- Drive innovation and ensure high-quality, evidence-based service delivery.
- Help position Partners in Health as the leading leisure-managed Allied Health program in Australia and New Zealand.

The facilities include:

- Keilor East Leisure Centre
- Ascot Vale Leisure Centre
- Queens Park Pool
- as well as programs and engagement within the Moonee Valley community.

**What You'll Bring**
- Allied Health Qualification with appropriate governing body registration.
- 5+ years of experience in clinical leadership or strategic health roles.
- Strong leadership, program management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Passion for promoting community health and well-being.
- Ability to think strategically, implement change, and drive innovation.
- Current First Aid, CPR, Working with Children Check (or equivalent), and National Police Check.
