Role

Recruitment Consultant

Springwood location; focus on recruitment delivery and account management with no new business development. Part of a small, close-knit team with an emphasis on collaboration, client relationships, and a positive culture.

Responsibilities
  • Running effective recruitment campaigns end to end
  • Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
  • Writing adverts
  • Using the CRM and following quality processes
  • Coordinating medical checks
  • Completing reference checks
  • Submitting profiles to clients
  • Meeting with clients onsite to establish relationships
  • Collaborating in a team environment
Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven track record in recruitment with a minimum of 18 months experience (internal or agency experience welcomed)
  • Organized and productive; thrives in a busy team
  • Excellent team player who contributes to company goals
  • Understanding of recruitment industry best practices
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Driver's license
Employment Details
  • Base pay range: A$80,000.00/yr - A$110,000.00/yr
