Overview

My client is a boutique agency, specialising in Software Engineering, working on exclusive assignments with top Australian start ups through to major enterprises. The founder has become a valued connector in the Australian tech scene and organises a leading networking group with over 100 technology executives across Australia. The client is broadening capability and expanding across high-demand areas in Data & AI, DevOps & Cloud, and Security. You will be given full access to these networks and be in a position to leverage these relationships from day one.

Core Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Focused on expanding client base into the Data & AI market
  • Ownership: Grow into taking full accountability over your own P&L with full ownership to shape the practice, building it from the ground up
  • Network growth activities: Play an integral role within networking groups, podcast channels and LinkedIn communities by being a trusted voice within Data Recruitment
  • Lead a team of Delivery Consultants so you can focus your time on client activity
Requirements
  • Sales-focused mindset: Excited by generating new business, bored by candidate work
  • Understanding of a high-demand tech niche
  • Australian citizenship or PR
  • Management skills: Led and/or mentored teams previously (preferable)
