Dashing Lane Cove West, New South Wales, Australia

Technology Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering platforms, campaign workflows and digital rollouts for Australia's biggest brands. This is a hands-on role that leads complex projects end-to-end, partners with stakeholders across retail and creative, and ensures delivery on time, on budget and to high standards. You will own timelines and outcomes, keep clients and teams aligned, and use tools like Monday.com to drive smarter, faster and better ways of working.

Key responsibilities
  • Project leadership
  • Act as the lead point of contact for technology solution implementation and client tech builds
  • Manage project timelines, budgets and deliverables, ensuring scope and expectations are clear across all stakeholders
  • Provide accurate, live updates on project progress and risks, proactively addressing challenges when deadlines may be at risk
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, clients and suppliers
  • Partner with Client Service to ensure they have the knowledge to represent Dashing technology solutions
  • Balance priorities between internal and external projects to deliver optimal outcomes
    • Team & process leadership
    • Support the Technology team in understanding and planning resourcing requirements
    • Lead post-project reviews and provide critical analysis to drive continuous improvement
    • Mentor and coach within the Tech team, setting the standard and leading by example
    • Represent Dashing and uphold our values, championing a Kaizen mindset to improve, streamline and innovate
    • Collaborate with Product team, Head of Tech, Customer and other stakeholders to deliver product-related requests and updates
    • Bridge product ideation and execution through ongoing collaboration
    • Coordinate and oversee rollout of new digital products and features with the Tech Dev team
    • Ensure smooth deployment, rigorous testing and seamless delivery of all tech solutions
    • Own client communications during deployment, maintaining clarity and professionalism
    About you
    • 5+ years' experience managing technology or digital projects, ideally in a retail, creative or fast-paced environment
    • Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders, deadlines and budgets
    • Confident with project management platforms such as Monday.com (or eager to lead adoption and reporting)
    • Strong communicator - able to translate technical detail into clear, client-friendly language
    • Highly organised with a strong QA mindset and attention to detail
    • Adaptable, resilient and calm under pressure
    • Collaborative team player who can lead cross-functional discussions and mentor others
    • Energetic, proactive and self-motivated with drive to exceed expectations
    • Passionate about systems, workflows and smarter ways of working
    • Commitment to delivering high standards while focusing on progress
    • Knowledge of PrintIQ desirable but not essential

How to be considered

To be considered for this role, you'll need to have:

  • 5+ years' experience managing technology or digital projects, ideally in a retail, creative or fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to manage complex timelines, budgets and multiple stakeholders
  • Confident with project management platforms (Monday.com or similar) and able to lead adoption and reporting
  • Strong communicator - able to translate technical detail into clear, client-friendly language
  • Highly organised with a strong QA mindset and high attention to detail
  • Sydney-based with the ability to work from our Lane Cove West office, up to 2 days WFH
