The Opportunity: Cosmetic Injectables Trainer – Brisbane (Contractor Role)

Are you a skilled and passionate cosmetic injector based in Brisbane, excited about educating clinicians and advancing aesthetic healthcare? Paragon Care is expanding its Aesthetics division and is seeking an experienced Clinical Trainer – Aesthetics on a contractor basis.

You'll champion clinical excellence across Queensland and beyond, empowering clinicians with expert training in injectables and aesthetic devices

Key Responsibilities

• Lead hands‑on training sessions and workshops for cosmetic injectables and Classys device technologies.
• Conduct clinical trials and provide expert support to existing and prospective customers.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to identify growth opportunities and boost clinician engagement.
• Represent the brand at conferences and during product demonstrations.
• Develop and maintain top‑tier clinical materials aligned with best‑practice safety standards.
• Establish and maintain long‑term relationships with Brisbane‑based clinics and key stakeholders.

About You

You're an experienced and confident aesthetic professional ready to step into a contractor leadership training role You bring clinical credibility, a passion for education, and the ability to connect with healthcare professionals at all levels.

• Qualification as a cosmetic injector (RN, nurse prescriber, or doctor) with proven experience in dermal injectables and aesthetic devices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a passion for mentoring.
• Hands‑on experience with lasers, ultrasound, RF, or similar technologies (preferred).
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to provide practical clinical solutions.
• Comfort with travel across Queensland and, potentially Australia‑wide.
