About the RoleBased in Marsden Park, and reporting to the Branch Manager, the Client Relationship Manager will be responsible to manage and grow a number of Internal Accounts which involves outbound telesales calls including potential, active, inactive, quote follow-up & follow-up calls, regular reporting & analysis on your clients, generating, sending and following up proposals.
Responsibilities- Outbound calls and arrangement of meetings with Account Management team
- Handling inbound inquiries – calls, emails and webchat
- Process quotations and sales orders
- Lead generation & cold calling
- Data entry and other administrative ad hoc duties
To succeed in this role you will have:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar client relationship support and customer service role.
- Previous experience in processing orders in a fast-paced environment is desirable
- Experience in calendar and booking management.
- Experience in cold calling & telemarketing to a range of different customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and multitask
- Strong attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel)
- Great team player. Ability to work autonomously and unsupervised
