What You'll Do


• Guide clients from "I'm not sure what to do" to getting their keys and beyond.


• Analyse borrowing capacity, structure opportunities, and present lender options that fit real lives.


• Nurture other relationships with nurse networks and local RE agents.


• Contribute ideas to keep our service world-class.

What You Bring

Must-haves


• 1-3 years' broking (or lending) experience, Cert IV + MFAA/FBAA accreditation.


• Track record with first-home buyers or similar retail clients.


• Love of learning / ok with change, we are a fast-growing company and flexibility is often required, with a strong bias for action.

Nice-to-haves


• Familiarity with the Sunshine Coast market.


• Assist with working with clients to convert purchases.


• Sense of humour – sometimes we need help with this.

The Money?


• Base salary + uncapped bonuses tied to personal and team results.


• High performers typically earn above-industry in year one.
