Role details

Aqua Exercise Instructor opportunity with the Wangaratta Sports & Aquatic Centre (WSAC). You will lead two regular Aqua Exercise classes per week — supporting health care clients — with opportunities to cover additional sessions as needed. You'll lead inclusive, low-impact workouts that support mobility, rehabilitation, and wellbeing in a welcoming, community-focused environment.

Location: Wangaratta, VIC
• Employment type: Casual
• Pay: $66.58 per hour (includes 25% loading)

Responsibilities
  • Lead two regular Aqua Exercise classes per week for health care clients, with opportunities to cover additional sessions as needed.
  • Deliver inclusive, low-impact workouts that support mobility, rehabilitation, and wellbeing.
  • Engage participants of all ages and abilities, promoting safety and enjoyment of exercise.
What we are looking for
  • Qualified Aqua Exercise Instructor (essential).
  • Confident, engaging communicator with strong group leadership skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with participants of all ages and abilities.
  • A team player with a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Current First Aid, CPR, and relevant insurance or industry registration.
  • Additional Group Fitness qualifications are highly desirable (e.g. Les Mills, Pilates, Functional Fitness, Strength & Conditioning).
