Driving curriculum design and pedagogy aligned to our Vision for Learning

Cultivating student agency, deep learning and quality thinking across disciplines

Leading and mentoring a high-performing team of Science educators

Championing innovation and STEM partnerships that connect learning to life

Representing Science on the Academic Board and contributing to whole-school strategy

What You'll Bring

TRBWA registration (or eligibility) and relevant tertiary qualifications

Significant experience teaching Science (Years 7–12)

A strong track record in educational leadership and team development

A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills

Commitment to girls' education and equity in STEM
