Due to continued growth, the business is seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to support and grow their broker and aggregator relationships across NSW. This is a key role focused on deepening partnerships, driving portfolio growth, and championing the company's commitment to flexible, customer-centric lending solutions.

The Job….
Reporting through to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for the following duties:
  • Identifying new business opportunities across the NSW portfolio.
  • Building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with clients, potential clients, and industry partners.
  • Developing detailed growth strategies and plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas.
  • Generating new leads and nurturing these leads to bring them to fruition.
  • Negotiating terms with clients and partners and closing deals that are beneficial for all parties involved.
  • Understanding the company's products or services in-depth and being able to articulate how they can solve problems or enhance the client's business.
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure aligned and cohesive strategies.

To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the below areas and possess the following personal qualities:
  • Minimum 2 years experience working with the finance sector in a business development capacity.
  • Experience working in a non bank lender is advantageous.
  • Customer centric mindset and genuinely committed to understanding and supporting the needs of clients.
  • Proven ability to build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships.
  • Exceptional communication & negotiation skills.
