Essential Skills & Experience

  • TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment(or successor).
  • BSB50820 Diploma of Project Managementor higher qualification.
  • Extensive hands-on experience managing projects in bothgovernment and private sectorenvironments.
  • Proven ability to facilitate engaging, outcome-driven learning experiences.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile, PRINCE2).
  • Familiarity with the VET sector and commitment to maintaining industry currency.
