About YouYou'll bring hands-on experience as a:
- Boilermaker
- Heavy Duty (HD) Fitter
- High Voltage Electrician
With a strong foundation in mobile maintenance and mining equipment repair, you'll be ready to lead and support your team while delivering exceptional results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and support mobile maintenance operations
- Drive performance across Safety, Financial, Operational, People & Culture, and Community & Social KPIs
- Lead planning and scheduling activities
- Resolve conflicts and foster a positive team culture
- Ensure client expectations are met and exceeded
- Exceptional interpersonal and time management skills
- Proven project management and planning experience
- Strong conflict resolution abilities
- A dedicated leader who goes above and beyond for their team
- Passionate about safety, performance, and community impact
- Proficiency in Excel (highly desirable)
- Experience with Xero (highly desirable)
- Experience with Mondays.com system (highly desirable)
- Resilient, dynamic, and able to work well under pressure
- Work with one of the best execution teams in WA mining
