This role will implement and oversee tooling and processes that drive data accuracy, audit readiness, licensing optimisation, and cost-effective lifecycle management. - Provide regular reporting on license utilisation, shelfware, and renewal timelines.
- Partner with platform owners and product leads to validate licensing needs and strategic changes.
- Own compliance reporting for EUC and software assets.
- Develop dashboards and KPIs for asset lifecycle performance, device currency, license utilisation, and audit readiness.
- Establish and uphold policies for asset issuance, reharvesting, return, and disposal.
- Contribute to enterprise risk and compliance reporting as it relates to Workplace Technology assets.
- Manage or influence tooling (e.g., Lansweeper, ServiceNow, JAMF, Intune) to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Drive automation opportunities in asset lifecycle and compliance management.
- Collaborate with Service Management for alignment on ITSM processes (e.g., CMDB, request workflows).
- 5+ years experience in IT asset management, SAM, or workplace operations.
- Strong understanding of hardware lifecycle and software licensing models (subscription, perpetual, SaaS).
- Familiarity with enterprise tooling such as Intune, JAMF, Lansweeper, ServiceNow and SCCM.
- Proven ability to develop governance frameworks, audit practices, and compliance reporting.
- Strong stakeholder management and vendor negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to data integrity and lifecycle optimisation.
