The Opportunity

We're looking for an enthusiastic Physiotherapist to become our new hybrid Vestibular/musculoskeletal Physiotherapist at Equip Physiotherapy. In this full-time role, you'll split your time between a mixed musculoskeletal caseload and get trained-up to take on an emerging vestibular caseload.

What You'll Be Doing

• Implementing your skills with a musculoskeletal case load.
• Spend dedicated time with our clinical lead physiotherapist - being trained in vestibular assessment and management.
• Get involved with learning Clinical Pilates rehab principles - with the potential to run a small group class caseload.
• Develop your own expertise, caseload and reputation as a vestibular clinician.
• Being a part of our team culture of "always learning" through 1:1 coaching sessions, group case reviews, inservices, and team culture days.
• Leading by example—clinically, professionally, and culturally.

What You'll Get

• $100-130, 000 + commission structure
• Regular 1:1 mentoring from our Clinic Director and Clinical Lead Physiotherapist learning vestibular physiotherapy and levelling up your musculoskeletal skills.
• Clinical development support—access to external courses, tools, and resources.
• $1,500 CPD allowance for ongoing clinical growth.
• Base salary approx $100k, plus commission for higher caseloads.
• Flexibility to grow into the leadership role gradually.
