Through our award-winning Plena Care Pathway, you'll provide personalised, goal-oriented care in Residential Aged Care Facilities—helping residents stay active, independent, and live well for longer.

What you'll do:

• Deliver comprehensive assessments and clinical recommendations to support mobility, transfers, and daily living.
• Provide therapy that promotes falls prevention, pain management, arthritic care, and skin integrity.
• Create individualised therapy programs and lead group-based active ageing sessions.
• Work closely with facility staff to review care plans and adjust therapy as residents' needs evolve.
• Embrace flexibility and collaboration within a caring, forward-thinking team.

• A bachelor's degree
• Current AHPRA registration
• Australian working rights
• Willing to obtain NDIS workers screening and National Police Check
