Role on offer

We're looking for a proactive Procurement Officer – Base Maintenance to join our Brisbane Head Office team, supporting Alliance's network-wide base maintenance operations. In this role, you'll drive smart procurement, strong supplier relationships, and seamless material support to keep our fleet moving.

  • Take ownership of procurement activities that keep aircraft flying and operations running smoothly.
  • Optimise stock levels and material flow to boost efficiency across the base maintenance network.
  • Be hands-on with high-priority aircraft projects and contribute to fast-moving situations.
  • Turn complex data into smart decisions and clear reporting that drives results.
  • Build strong partnerships with suppliers and teammates while supporting continuous improvement.
  • Champion safety, quality, and compliance to help Alliance deliver safe and reliable air travel.

We're seeking a detail-driven and proactive team player with procurement expertise ready for a fast-paced aviation environment.

  • A procurement or supply professional with strong administration skills (aviation experience is highly regarded).
  • Tech-savvy with advanced computer skills and the ability to work across multiple systems.
  • Sharp analytical thinker with strong numeracy, attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent communicator who can build relationships and collaborate across teams.
  • Organised and adaptable, able to prioritise tasks and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Committed to safety, compliance, and living the Alliance values.
