At 3MT True Value Auto, one of Perth's fastest-growing used car dealerships, we are looking for a driven and experienced Retail Manager to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dealership operations and retail sales performance.
• Lead, motivate and train the sales team to exceed targets.
• Develop marketing campaigns and in-store promotions.
• Manage vehicle inventory and supplier relationships.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and handle escalated issues.
• Analyze sales metrics and implement performance strategies.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and dealership policies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail management (automotive industry preferred).
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Fluent in English and one additional language (Spanish, Portuguese, or any second language highly valued).
• Knowledge of financing options and vehicle sales processes.
• Australian work rights required (visa sponsorship may be considered for the right candidate).

Assistant Venue Manager – Moonlight Cinema Perth (EVT)

Moonlight Cinema Perth, located in Kings Park, is part of EVT, a leading experiences company in Australia and New Zealand. This fixed-term, full-time role runs from 14 October 2025 to 10 April 2026.

As an Assistant Venue Manager at Moonlight Cinema, you will work side-by-side with the Venue Manager to deliver seamless operations and an exceptional guest experience. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Venue Manager in overseeing daily operations, including site set-up and pack-down
• Contribute to the planning and delivery of the bump-in and bump-out production schedule
• Support and lead a team of ~35 casual onsite staff
• Recruit, train, and develop staff
• Manage food & beverage operations (ordering, invoice processing, and stock control)
• Oversee sponsorship activations and ensure contractual deliverables are delivered to a high standard
• Prepare rosters and manage timesheets
• Oversee AV operations, including screen and audio set-up and content management
• Implement management plans and ensure WHS compliance
• Work primarily afternoon–evening shifts (with the exception of shifts allocated for administration)

This role is a Fixed-Term, Full Time Contract which will run from 14 October April 2026

About You

• Minimum of 1 years' experience in a management role
• Previous experience in food and beverage and customer service
• Cinema or event management experience (advantageous)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Initiative, attention to detail, and strong problem solving skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Experience leading and motivating a casual workforce
• Strong stakeholder management skills and time management skills
• A collaborative approach with a can-do attitude
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Required: Current RSA and valid driver\'s license
