The role & responsibilities : We are looking for a Store Leader eager to accelerate their career by overseeing a passionate team at the Hoka Karrinyup Store This opportunity is ideal for an experienced leader keen to advance in retail.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Store Manager to drive high performance, successful people management, and operational initiatives.
The role also involves engaging in local community activations, partnering with sporting events, and managing relationships with healthcare professionals.
This position extends beyond traditional retail duties to promote brand growth through various outside-the-store activities.
To succeed, you should have experience in: Ensuring efficient store operations to meet sales targets, KPIs, store presentation, visual merchandising, stock levels, wage control, and shrinkage management.
Motivating your team to achieve KPIs and added value targets.
Monitoring sales to meet daily, weekly, monthly, and annual goals, recognizing achievements, and addressing missed opportunities.
Managing wage costs in line with weekly targets, rostering standards, and company guidelines.
Coaching and mentoring staff to maintain high morale and support their development through training and succession planning.
Ensuring compliance with OH&S legislation and maintaining effective safety standards.

Qualifications : Demonstrated experience as a Retail Assistant Store Manager or Key Holder in a fast-paced environment.
Motivated, proactive attitude with a 'Make it Happen' mindset.
Passion for inspiring and leading teams to success.
Strategic thinking with a proven record of driving sales and achieving KPIs.
Strong operational skills, including stock control and visual merchandising.
Experience managing rosters and controlling wages.
Ability to build strong professional relationships with Support Office departments.
