Our team is growing, we are currently recruiting for a Senior Contracts Administrator to join our team in our Brisbane office.

About the role

  1. Support the overall administration of the project head contract including commercial review, and negotiations
  2. Lead the overall administration of subcontract packages, including their development, review, negotiation, and finalization
  3. Provide expert assistance in the establishment and setup of project procurement and contract packages, ensuring alignment with project requirements and organisational standards
  4. Coordinate and expedite project contracts package including market engagements and quotation requests
  5. Lead all change management requirements of contracts in execution phase
  6. Collaborate with the project team to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and the achievement of project objectives
  7. Review, negotiate, and administer contract addendums, ensuring all terms are favourable and aligned with project timelines

About you

  1. Tertiary qualification in business/commerce/law or relevant field
  2. Demonstrated experience in an EPCM environment with a strong focus on contracts management
  3. Proven ability to thrive under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively
  4. Relevant experience in procurement and contracts administration, showcasing an extensive understanding of contract processes
  5. Strong written and verbal communication skills, facilitating clear and concise communication and reporting to project team members and clients
