Infinity22 is a fast-growing multidisciplinary firm that helps Australian businesses unlock R&D grants, streamline their accounting, and access outsourced CFO and bookkeeping services. But this isn't a standard agency setup. They're building a machine, a sales engine designed to turn every client into a multi-service partner.
They've got the systems. They've got the leads. Now they need someone who can own the close.
We're looking for a Business Development Manager to join the team and convert inbound opportunities into real revenue. You'll be walking into a proven motion, with SDRs already booking 80–100 qualified meetings per month.

$80K–$100K base salary + uncapped commissions (realistic $140K–$160K OTE)
Office space in Brisbane preferred – 2–3 days in-office with hybrid flexibility

Support from a growing team of SDRs, client managers, and sales enablement
What You'll Actually Do:
Own the full sales cycle – from discovery to proposal and close
Handle inbound leads across multiple services, especially R&D grants
Convert one-off clients into multi-service accounts through effective solution selling
Follow up like a pro – track every deal, chase every lead, close every time
Use HubSpot to manage pipeline, forecasts, and activities
Collaborate with accountants and delivery teams to ensure smooth handovers
What We're Looking For:
2–4 years of B2B sales experience – ideally in services, SaaS, or agency-style environments
Strong follow-up habits – someone who chases, not waits
Ability to manage high-volume inbound leads and close with consistency
Excellent communication – verbal and written – and strong commercial acumen
Comfort using CRMs like HubSpot and selling to small-to-mid-sized businesses
Ideally Brisbane-based with the ability to work from a shared office 2–3 days/week
Mature mindset – no hand-holding, just self-motivation and accountability
What Success Looks Like:
Hit targets consistently across both new client wins and multi-service upsells
Close 20–30% of qualified inbound leads
Maintain a strong cadence of follow-up and proactive deal management
Earn six figures in total comp within your first 12 months
Help shape the structure of a fast-scaling team with direct leadership access
