The Opportunity

Our Lysaght business has multiple full-time, permanent Loader Operator opportunities within the Transport team based in Archerfield, QLD. Roles involve loading and unloading steel products as they arrive and when dispatched to customers, using forklifts and other lifting equipment, and performing general warehousing duties for variety.

We have roles across morning and night shifts, with a competitive hourly rate starting from $31.14 per hour, shift allowances for both morning and night shifts, and eligibility for quarterly performance bonuses.

Responsibilities
  • Load and unload steel products from trucks
  • Operate forklifts and other plant equipment safely and efficiently
  • Conduct routine safety and equipment checks before and after use
  • Assist with general warehouse duties to maintain a clean and organised workspace
  • Coordinate with team members and supervisors to meet production and despatch schedules
