Canterbury League Club, located in Belmore, is one of NSW's leading and most iconic hospitality destinations. The Club operates 24/7 with over 61,000 members, 1 million visits per year, 800+ gaming assets together with an impressive entertainment and dining offering.

Canterbury currently has a fantastic career opportunity available for a seasoned and professional Security/Customer Relations Officer. The position is located at our home club, Canterbury League Club, but may also support our satellite Clubs including The Lakemba Club and Moxon Sports Club.

About The Role…

This role includes the following duties:
  • Providing and delivering friendly and efficient service and guidance to members and visitors around the Club
  • Maintaining Club access protocols and responding appropriately
  • Supporting the management of various incidents including documentation where required
  • Providing first aid assistance to patrons and visitors when required

To be successful in this role you will possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • Current NSW RSA & RCG Competency Card
  • Previous experience in a Security or conflict resolution role
  • Current Class 1 (a) Full Security License
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Club or similar Hospitality Venue experience
  • Knowledge of WH&S Regulations
  • Full working rights in Australia

This position requires flexibility to work a rotating 24 hours, a 7-day roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
