What We're Looking For:

• Registered Tax or BAS Agent, or eligible within 6 months under TPB rules
• CA, CPA, or IPA-qualified, with 10+ years' public practice experience
• You manage and bring a $500K – $2M+ fee base (business services, tax, compliance, advisory, audit, etc)
• Proven client relationships and trust-based advisory focus
• Committed to quality, compliance, and continuous improvement
• Excited by tech, automation, and the future of professional services
