As a Casual Educator at Goodstart, you'll be a flexible, team-oriented professional, ready to support our centres and children whenever needed. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures enriching and responsive learning experiences for every child.

You'll achieve this by:
  • Actively contributing to the education program and the centre team
  • Engaging and supervising children at all times
  • Maintaining a safe environment for children, families, and team members
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with children and families
  • Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
  • Supporting a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement

If you hold an ACECQA-approved early childhood qualification, have a current QLD Working with Children Check, are willing to travel between local services, and have flexible availability between Monday-Friday, 6am-6pm, please apply now.
