You will make an impact by
  • Leading a passionate multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, responsive Enhanced MCH services and group programs.
  • Supporting vulnerable families through timely, compassionate care and effective referrals.
  • Driving service excellence through evaluation, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Building strong partnerships with internal teams and external agencies to support holistic family care.
  • Championing child safety, wellbeing, and inclusive practices across all service delivery.
What You Will Bring
  • Current national registration as Division 1 nurse, and Midwife, and Maternal and Child Health Qualification
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in MCH or community health settings.
  • Deep understanding of child development, family-centred practice, and child safety frameworks.
  • Strong operational and clinical decision-making skills, including rostering and workload management.
  • Ability to mentor, support, and inspire a team of dedicated professionals
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A current Victorian Driver's Licence and Working with Children Check.
