Who Are We?

We are the leading provider of agency nurses and PCAs for residential aged care in Hobart & Launceston.

Inspired by Dr. Christiaan Barnard, the pioneer of heart transplants, we are a Boutique Nursing Agency specializing in aged care. We are expanding while maintaining a warm "boutique" feel — you will never be "just a number" as a member of the CBH family. Originally serving aged care facilities across Melbourne and Victoria, we are now established in Hobart and Launceston, and expanding into Burnie, Ulverstone, & Devonport. We are excited to meet YOU

How do we work?

After a successful interview (we call it a "meet & greet"), you'll gain access to our system to update your availability and find shifts that fit your lifestyle.

Interested? Here's what you need to join us:

  • Qualifications in Aged Care + 6 months experience
  • 2025 Flu vaccination
  • COVID-19 vaccination certificate (Australian Government approved)
  • Current National Police Check (within 18 months)
  • WWVP / NDIS Clearance
  • Current driver's license / reliable transport
  • Excellent people skills to build rapport with facilities and residents while representing CBH
