About Us

An innovative and growing organisation specialising in corporate health and wellbeing solutions has recently completed a major brand refresh. With offices across Australia and New Zealand, the business provides services including pre-employment medicals, health screening, injury prevention, mental health and wellbeing, and safety consulting and training.

This is a newly created role, offering you the chance to put your creative stamp on a brand that is expanding nationally .

About the Role

As Graphic Designer Coordinator, you will be the creative lead within the marketing function. Your work will shape the brand across digital, print, video, and social platforms , with plenty of scope to take ownership and see your ideas brought to life.

  • Hybrid working : 3 days in the office (Mon, Wed, Thu), 2 days from home

What you will do :

Design engaging graphics across brand, print, social, and corporate collateralBuild and maintain style guides and creative template librariesRefresh and uplift the company websiteProduce video and animation contentCollaborate on marketing campaigns and presentations

Skills & Experience

1-2+ years' experience in a graphic design role (agency or corporate background)Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects)Experience with videography , editing, and animationFamiliarity with CMS platforms such as WordPressStrong copywriting and presentation skillsHigh attention to detail and excellent communicationA creative thinker with energy, drive, and passion for design
