  • Prior job experience in the field.
  • Driven, enthusiastic team player.
  • Flexible.
  • Encourages participants to exercise their rights to choice and control.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Mandatory requirements
  • Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Disability or Individual Support or other relevant qualification.
  • NDIS clearance.
  • Working with Children Check or willing to obtain.
  • Current First Aid and CPR or willing to obtain.
