Sales Development Representative - IT Software Sales

Responsibilities
  • Use your communication and presentation skills to effectively convey IT solutions to potential clients.
  • Influence and negotiate with clients to secure and grow business relationships.
  • Apply creative and strategic thinking to develop innovative IT strategies tailored to client needs.
  • Build and nurture client relationships through regular follow-ups and trust-building activities.
  • Qualify leads and conduct detailed needs analysis to identify customer requirements and pain points.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Demonstrate persuasive skills to foster successful client interactions.
  • Leverage technical knowledge to address and resolve client inquiries effectively.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
  • A Master's degree in IT or Business Administration with a technology focus (advantageous).
  • Strong technical knowledge in IT infrastructure, software development, or data management (highly preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • The ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • A self-motivated, goal-oriented attitude with the capability to work independently.
