Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic, passionate, and highly motivated Christmas Casuals to join the JB Hi-Fi team at the following stores: Epping Plaza, Plenty Valley, Thomastown.

Responsibilities
  • Help across a number of areas within our stores from customer facing to back of house.
  • Provide a high level of customer service including pre, during, and post the sale.
  • Contribute to the JB Hi-Fi brand and store experience by assisting with merchandising products on the sales floor.
  • Support the efficient delivery and processing of stock into store.
Availability and Duration

Recruitment for these roles will begin in August, with start dates ranging from September to October depending on store needs and candidate availability. Must have availability to work the peak period (ranging from September/October 2025 to the start of February You may also be required to work across multiple stores within a designated geographical area.

Qualifications
  • You have a passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances and/or games
  • Enthusiastic, passionate and highly motivated
  • Customer focused and results driven
  • You will be able to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people
