Job Description
We're looking for enthusiastic, passionate, and highly motivated Christmas Casuals to join our friendly teams at the following stores:
Brighton
Chadstone
Moorabbin
Springvale
Recruitment for these roles will begin in August, with start dates from mid-late September depending on store needs and candidate availability.
As a Christmas Casual, you will have the opportunity to create, support, and contribute to a high-performance culture, ensuring customers have a great shopping experience. Responsibilities include:
Interacting with customers to assist them with purchases;
Working as part of a team to deliver a positive in-store experience;
Deliver in-store customer service duties in line with standard procedures, including assisting customers on the shop floor, answering phone calls, and fulfilling online orders;
Maintaining high merchandising standards across the store.
Note: Christmas Casual Team Members must have availability to work the peak period (September 2025 to February 2026) and may work across multiple stores within a designated area.
Qualifications
Passion for home appliances and consumer electronics.
Enthusiastic, motivated, customer-focused, and results-driven.
Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
