What You'll Do
  • Lead and mentor Speech Pathologists, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Deliver mobile, evidence-based speech pathology services to workplaces across Sydney.
  • Collaborate with OTs, physios, and psychs to provide holistic, client-centred care.
  • Drive innovation in service delivery and client outcomes.
What You'll Bring
  • SPA registration + 3+ years' experience in speech pathology (occupational health, rehab, or workplace comms ideal).
  • Leadership experience or the drive to grow into it.
  • Passion for mentoring early-career clinicians.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
