About the Role

RISE Training is a new and exciting program empowered by Kirinari and Jigsaw Australia that builds employment capabilities for people with disabilities in a work environment. We are expanding. As a Trainer – Employment Mentor you will support people with disabilities to successfully undertake a work-based training program that provides a pathway to prepare for award wage employment. • Provide all aspects of personal care, mealtime assistance and behavioral management to ensure participants feel supported and progress toward employment goals.
  • Deliver administration or reporting activities in line with NDIS standards.
  • Promote and model appropriate behaviour to support RISE's culture, performance and brand.
  • Engage with participants using a Positive Behaviour Support approach where appropriate.
About You

  • At least 1 year of experience in education/training, allied health or disability industry, or a relevant university degree.
Benefits
  • A rewarding career with ability to give back to the community in a growing service sector.
  • Generous salary packaging up to $18,550 and meal/entertainment allowances (FT/PT).
